By accessing and using Flologix AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of These Terms
The flologixai.com website is informational and does not require an account to browse. References to “Account” elsewhere in this document refer to the local user account created within the FLAI GCS desktop application installed on your hardware after purchase. The website itself does not store user accounts, credentials, or session data.
All purchases of FLAI GCS, license issuance, and software delivery are handled directly between FloLogix Inc and the purchasing organization, outside this website. Use of the FLAI GCS application is additionally governed by the license agreement provided at purchase.
3. License Grant (FLAI GCS)
Upon purchase, FloLogix Inc grants the purchasing organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the FLAI GCS application on the number of workstations specified in the license file issued at purchase. Each license is signed and verified locally by the application; the license does not phone home and does not transmit usage data to FloLogix Inc.
Redistribution of the application binary or license file to third parties is prohibited. License revocation, renewal, and any audit rights are governed by the purchase agreement signed at the time of sale.
4. Service Usage and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services
- Use our services to transmit any viruses or malicious code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Flologix AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flologix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our website or via email.
