One person, start to finish
You work with me directly. There is no account manager, no handoff to a junior developer, and no team you never meet. The person on the scoping call is the person who writes the code.
I spend most of my time on the same problem from different angles: taking a process a business runs by hand and turning it into something that runs by itself. Sometimes that needs a model. More often it needs a scheduled job, a database and an interface somebody will actually use.
Working this way is fast because of the tooling, and reliable because of what gets rejected. Anyone can generate code now. The work is knowing when what came back is wrong — and that only holds in domains you actually know, which is why the service list is short and specific rather than “anything with AI”.

Honest scope
We turn down work that needs a bigger team or a safety record we do not have. You will hear that on the first call, not the last.
We can contract and invoice from either our Canadian or US entity, so cross-border paperwork isn't your problem.
