Business process automation
Business process automation replaces the manual steps your team repeats every week with software that does them reliably. We scope the process, build the automation, connect it to the tools you already pay for, and keep it running.
Companies with 5–100 staff, no in-house engineers, and at least one process that eats hours every week.
Typical projects
Quote generation
A spreadsheet only one person understands becomes a form anyone can fill, producing a branded PDF and logging the quote automatically.
Lead intake and routing
Enquiries from your site, email and phone land in one place, get qualified, and reach the right person in minutes instead of days.
Recurring reporting
The monthly report someone rebuilds by hand gets assembled from source systems and delivered on schedule.
Document handling
Invoices and forms arriving as PDFs are read, checked, and pushed into your accounting or CRM without retyping.
Deliverables
- A written scope with the process mapped before anything is built
- The automation running in your own accounts, not ours
- Source code and credentials handed to you at the end
- A short handover doc and a walkthrough recording

Common questions
How much does business process automation cost?
Most single-process automations land between $5,000 and $15,000 CAD, delivered in a 2–4 week fixed-price sprint. Ongoing maintenance, if you want it, runs $1,000–$3,000 CAD per month. We give you a fixed number after a free 30-minute scoping call — no hourly billing.
Do I need AI for this?
Usually not. Most business processes are better served by a scheduled job, a database and a clear interface, which are cheaper to run and far easier to trust. We use a model only where the task genuinely needs judgment over unstructured input, and we tell you which parts of your problem are which before you pay for either.
Will it work with the software we already use?
That is the normal case. We connect to the tools you already pay for — your CRM, accounting, email, spreadsheets and forms — rather than asking you to migrate. If a system has no API, we will say so during scoping instead of discovering it halfway through.
What happens if it breaks after you leave?
The automation runs in your accounts and the code is yours, so you are never locked to us. You can take the optional monthly maintenance, hand it to your own IT provider, or run it yourself using the handover documentation.
Want a fixed price for this?
Thirty minutes on a call and you will have a written scope and a number.
