This covers design systems bought from FloLogixAI Inc. The free samples are offered under the same terms at no charge.
1. What you may do
You get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the file on an unlimited number of projects — your own and your clients’. Modify it however you like. No attribution is required.
2. What you may not do
You may not resell or redistribute the file, or a derivative of it, as a design system, template, theme or asset. You may not include it in a product that competes with this one. You may sublicense it only as a component of a finished site or product you deliver to a client.
3. Typefaces are not included
These systems load their typefaces from Google Fonts. Those faces are covered by their own licences and are not ours to grant. Check the licence of any face before using it commercially, and substitute your own if you would rather not depend on Google Fonts.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. A design system is delivered in full the moment you buy it and cannot be returned. The complete document is shown on the product page before payment precisely so you can decide before you spend anything. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your purchase, write to us and we will sort it out.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK: by completing checkout you asked for immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
5. No warranty
The file is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. FloLogixAI Inc’s total liability arising from it is limited to what you paid for it.
6. Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
